Your spot is confirmed with a $500 USD non-refundable deposit. Reservations made by credit card include a 4% processing fee ($20), for a total of $520 USD due at booking.

Prefer another way to pay? Bank transfer and Wise are also accepted, with small or no processing fee. PayPal is accepted with a 4.5% processing fee.

The full balance is due 30 days prior to arrival (by December 30, 2026). Payment plans are available, simply reach out and we'll get that sorted.

The $500 USD deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances.

Because retreat costs are committed to venues and partners well in advance, the following cancellation schedule applies to the remaining balance:

• 90+ days before arrival: balance refunded, less the non-refundable deposit
• 60–89 days before arrival: 50% of the balance refunded, less the non-refundable deposit
• Within 59 days of arrival: no refund available

Refunds are issued in the currency originally paid.

Wherever possible, we're happy to transfer your booking to a future retreat or to another guest you'd like to send in your place, just ask.

In the unlikely event we need to cancel or postpone the retreat, you'll be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future journey.

Comprehensive travel insurance - including trip cancellation, interruption and medical coverage - is strongly recommended for all guests, and is the best way to protect your investment if plans change.

The schedule and itinerary are subject to change based on final festival programming, weather and local conditions. Any changes are made with the spirit of the journey in mind.
